Irene’a and the entire staff are excellent in all of their different job abilities. All go above and beyond.

Always caring , efficient, thorough and explains treatment and options. I have referred several people to Irena. Wait time is always minimal. They return calls quickly. Caring facility.

We are fine with the services at this location, and the personnel, having coming here for years . If we were not satisfied or happy with the medical personnel, we would have changed physician and location

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I did not understand that Irina had unilaterally decided to turn this urgent care appointment with her, someone I had never met before, to my annual physical. She informed me she was doing it rather than asking me, and I didnt even understand what she was doing until we were farther into the appointment. Relationships matter, and I didnt feel comfortable discussing things like weight and mental health with her when I have a PCP that I really like. She needs to work on clear communication and not treating annual exams as transitional functions. I felt belittled about my weight, and she didnt even give me any tools to address it. Her chart also did not accurately reflect what I said to her and took credit for and abdominal exam that she didnt do. That is insurance fraud.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Every aspect was exceptional and professional. Irena evaluated my problem, discussed various aspects and decided on the course of action, scheduled tests and prescribed medications. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes a personal interest in her patients. Everyone in this practice works as a team and represents the best interest of the patient.

Irina spent more time than usual listening to all my questions about my conditions . Never felt like we were on a time limit. She devoted that time to me and why I was there.

Irena is always friendly, thorough an exam and throw and explaining things to me and answering any questions I have. Although this was a wellness check, with no problems, she still discussed the other specialist visits that I have and overseas my treatment. Waiting time is always awesome and staff always friendly

From my arrival and interface with staff through my treatment by PA Irena i was cared for professionally, knowledgeabley and my problems addressed and treated. I and my family have been patients of this practice for over 20 years and highly recommend them to family and friends.

My wife and I have been patients of this practice for over 20 years. From arrival at reception through nurse evaluation and vitals to Irena's care the care has always been friendly, courteous and professional. Irana is extremely. Knowledgeable., her professional approach to diagnosing the problem and applying the right solution and explaining, as well as, providing information on follow up care is outstanding. Irena and staff is great and you feel you are family.
