Both the NP and her assistant were very professional and reflected favorably on your hospital. PA Pluester came in as soon as her assistant departed. She discussed my situation and explained the results of my prior tests. I had questions about the medications prescribed to me at the ER, which she answered and issued refills for. The bottom line is that everyone encountered in this hospital is helpful and professional. The difference between this and other hospitals is quite noticeable. Everyone is part of the team and they all deserve to be complimented.

Even though this was just a follow up from surgery a year ago, Paige was very good about giving us her time and not feeling rushed. Also she made sure if we had any questions.

The nurse practitioner was very thorough. And listen to what problem I was having. And gave me a nice check-up. She was very pleasant and I felt I could talk to her without being rushed. She was really nice.
