She listens, which is great. Most important from my POV is that I get to make choices about my care instead of feeling rushed or pushed into what's 'best for me.' Jessica helps and supports and it means I'll ask for help. If she pushed, I would have already left the practice.

I so appreciate seeing a Nurse Practitioner because they have worked in the trenches with real people. Dr's have their place in the medical world, but often I do not find them to interact as well and understand what we are saying. Jessica does.

Jessica is always thorough and proactive about my medical concerns and have been trying to get in front of certain situations to counteract and rule out of the possibilities that may arise beside the existing conditions. Jessica deserves a thumbs up times 10. I think her and the staff of Trinity health clinic in Malta, New York.
