After four years of using my expensive hearing aids, one of them stopped working. I went to the audiologists at Coolspring Clinic and it was fixed in 10 minutes. The young lady who waited on me was a sweetheart. There was a wax build up that I was not able to clean myself and it was done while I waited. Outstanding service.

Extremely helpful. She lent me a BAHA until mine were sent and programmed. She went above and beyond to make sure my BAHAs were given the appropriate numbers for shipment. She programmed both seamlessly and to my hearing needs. She made suggestions so I can adjust my hearing aides as needed through the app and she taught me how to use the mic and stream tools in my package. Thanks to Erin, I am able to hear.

Erin is wonderful. Answers any questions I have, listens attentively when I am telling her problems I may be having in hearing in different places and tries to adjust and improve for me. She is so personable compared to other audiologists that I have worked with for my hearing. She always tells me that if my new mapping gives me any problems all I need to do is call and they will get me in and work with me for a change or adjustment.
