The only thing I would have to say that could be better if I'm being honest, is maybe the response time when I need an immediate response time about something important (but isn't necessarily urgent) it sometimes takes longer than hoped. Nothing major.

Kim is very knowledgeable, practical and kind in helping us as my sister deals with dementia. She doesn't prescribe any unnecessary medications and takes a "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" approach. She treats my sister with the respect she deserves and shares in my sister's sense of humor during our visits.
We are very lucky to have found her.

Dr. Playfoot PA is fantastic and I have recommended her to my sister because my nephew has neurological issues as well as seizures- she stays in contact and truly shows that she wants to solve the problem the best way possible.

I can imagine a staff giving better care to anyone. They listen they answer your questions and they explain everything so that you can understand it.
