Slow down when explaining proposed care to patients. I had a hard time comprehending what he was discussing because he went over things fast. I get that when you are familiar and comfortable with the topic, you proceed faster than you think you are, but as a patient, it takes a bit to comprehend what we are being told.

I have written in details about it in the previous question. His communication, approach towards patients, not doing his homework about patient's background/medical history is very frustrating.
