She really listens to every detail of my case and is able to make recommendations and suggestions to help make my life better in regards to my sleep. She’s very professional and friendly. She’s easy to talk to and I understand any concerns, recommendations and follow up well.

It is helpful to me to talk with someone who has experience with CPAP therapy themselves. I know they understand what it is like.

Lorie needs to be clone, duplicated, copied, and shared with every office and every hospital in the world in every health profession because if she were then patients would be satisfied with their care and would see improvements in their health.

I was never forced into cpap decisions. Given facts and allowed for my own decision. Great cpap company helped with appropriate equipment and education. During follow up I was given the statistics regarding the improvement in my sleep as a result of cpap. Always listened. Great care!
