Overall, Dr. Pipkins is, simply, an excellent doctor. She has always taken any and all the time I might need, is so very informative, friendly, and thorough. Also, perhaps, her assistant, Mary, is also thorough and friendly. They make it “not so bad” going to the doctor!!!!!!

I truly couldn’t ask for a better PCP. She gives me excellent care and she listens. She gives me ample time and I never feel rushed.

I would recommend Maura to anyone,she is an amazing doctor but such an incredibly caring woman,2nd best doctor in my lifetime ❤️

I like the nurse that came in to speak to me and take my vitals and sign me in to the portal . Both nurses were nice , the one that came before doctor Maura came in , and the other nurse that came in after doctor Maura left . They both were very polite and very courteous

The entire staff was able to relate to the information found on MyChart and didn’t waist time going over details that were already stated. The feedback and information I received as a new patient were thorough and informative. Dr. Pipkins is a great fit for my future medical needs. Thank you

Yes, Dr. Pipkins, listening skills, her kind manner and her efficiency in honoring my requests. Taylor’s listening skills attention to detail and honoring my requests as well. Esme at the front desk had a sweet, kind smile and a helpful demeanor. She straightened out my pharmacy location after asking me if there was anything I needed to change in my record also Gisele, I believe it’s Mendez for the last name. I met with her briefly. I look forward to meeting with her next week for my intake evaluation. This is my second experience in person at the physician group. Both times have been unbelievably pleasant and helpful. I haven’t been to a doctors office before this doctors office where I can say that with the honesty thank you so much.

Dr and nurse were very kind and knowledgeable. I love these people. I would highly recommend this office. The lady at front desk was also very nice. The also got me in on a Sat so I wouldn't have to wait until the following week.

Dr Pipkins was very kind, attentive, and listen to all my concerns. Dr went over in detail my [ ] and told me what to do and what not to do. Dr was very informative and I am very pleased to have her as my Dr. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends, which I have!!

i’ve been seeing male doctors for ever and I am 76. It was wonderful being with a female doctor. It seems like I could talk to her more frankly about my body.. I was extremely satisfied she just might be the one who figures out what’s going on with me, thank God

Dr.Pipkins nurse was caring and efficient. Dr. Pipkins is awesome! Very down to earth and sincerely interested and invested in taking care of you. Going to the doctor always made me anxious but she puts you at ease through the entire visit. Knowledgeable,professional and friendly. Highly recommend this physician and her entire staff!

I just really love Dr Pipkins. I feel that she truly listens to me and shared her knowledge so that together we can find something that I’m comfortable with. The office is nice and clean. Well staffed and the nurse was personable

Dr Pipkins is an exceptional provider. She exemplifies competence by being prepared and well-versed in the current standards of care with whatever the condition is. She includes the patient and family in the decision making process and speaks with you, not at you, to find solutions to your health deviations. In addition, Dr Pipkins demonstrates empathy and compassion in her delivery of care. I highly recommend her.
