Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Crystal was very friendly very down to earth and bubbly with happiness. It really makes a difference and seeing a patient that has a problem and she just knocked it out of the park. I felt much better when I left that appointment than I did when I came and she was contributing factor for that so I thank her for that.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
There really isn't anything you could improve everyone was nice and very friendly and that's what you want to see when you're not feeling so great

Crystal was very attentive to what was happening to me. She was courteous and professional during the entire appointment.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I cannot think of anything to improve. I was early for my appointment and was taken into a room prior to my actual appointment time.

I felt that I was viewed by Crystal as an entire human being, rather than simply a heart inside of a machine.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It was a good visit, for me having met her for the first time. The visit went well. Complex situations are rarely resolved in a single visit. I've considered requesting a follow-up visit in order to clarify some subjects that arose during this past visit.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
A written note of my overall condition would have been appreciated as some Physicians’ office offer. Crystal read Off many conditions I have Which were unexpected and I need details about what I should Expect in the future.

The dr. I saw was more knowledgeable than anyone has ever been and very receptive to my concerns and listened to my explanations of my symptoms and made me feel as if she would make sure there could be some testing to possibly find the source or sources of my symptoms
