Honestly, from beginning to end, the whole staff was wonderful. I’m very impressed and felt comfortable there. Thank you.

Again, I have no complaints. Everything was very smooth for me. I really like the facility and the way the staff treated me was excellent again thank you

Nothing really. Everything felt rushed and like they had no time for me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I feel Dr Piper could take more time to listen to her patients and evaluate them. I got the impression she really didn’t care, she just wanted to push me thru and move onto the next. I felt rushed and she hadn’t even looked at my X-rays or ultrasound results in my chart prior to my appointment. I felt she should have been more prepared.

Doctor Piper exceeded my expectations on diagnosis and treatment. Doctor Piper is the go to Orthopedic Surgeon.

Nothing! From the front desk to my exit everything was a great experience.

Dr Piper was excellent. She explained to me everything that was happening in my left shoulder. Assured me that everything was in good condition. Dr Piper explained to me that a cortisone shot should relieve the discomfort in my left shoulder. I was quite impressed by Dr Piper.

Fabulous physician! Very detailed with explanation, exam and instructions. I was very pleased and found the doctor to be knowledgeable, thorough, and very kind. Excellent care, I couldn’t recommend her enough , trusted her completely.

Dr. Piper was excellent in every aspect of my experience. She was thorough in explaining the surgical procedures and very supportive of my efforts to do my part in recovery and return to wellness. She is genuine and shows true concern and interest in the well being of her patients. Thank you.

Dr5. Piper spent a lot of time talking about mt situation and the different ways I could go with getting the problem solve. She talked to myself and my wife and explained all I needed to do to resolve my problems

The entire staff was, in my opinion, exceptional. The care in which they each contributed to my visit was above board. This is important to me, as I am more than a patient number or group number. My health is my greatest asset and the folks in the office do their best in the administration of my health.
