It was a very positive experience. Dr. Piper explained everything about my shoulder replacement. Everyone working at the there was very helpful and kind.

When you're in a situation and you're already stressed and you go to the doctors or you call and they are just absolutely amazing. They make everything so easy. Everything is explained. That's amazing. If only all the doctors were like this one.

Very positive experience! All staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Piper was great, very attentive and friendly and I felt very confident in her abilities to treat my condition! Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Piper for a little while now for the same issue. And every time I go in, it's nice to see her. She's helpful. She's knowledgeable. Dr. Piper has always been awesome. I will continue to go to her. I'll go to each of her locations to go see her. She is knowledgeable, caring. I think she cares about me and my condition.

I was very satisfied with everything. She was direct and to the point, she was also listened to what I had to say. She explained everything great and including the next thing to do!

Dr Piper is amazing! She is a wonderful doctor and has been ever since she has been my Orthopedic doctor. I love her and the way that she treats me and takes care of me. Her office staff are also wonderful.

Dr Piper was straightforward which I appreciate. She explained the results of my x-ray and gave me honest information about my choices. After she showed me the necessary shoulder procedure on a model my decision was clear. I have total confidence in her ability and will be having surgery next month.

Dr Piper was able to convince him that he needed surgery. When we walked in there, he said I’m not having surgery. And I’ve heard him say that several times. Good job, Dr. Piper

Unsure. Perhaps a bit more time spent on explaining why symptoms may be occurring and possible next steps. Instead of you feel this so now we do that.

Dr.Piper is truly amazing. I knew her thru church as a little girl who I hadn’t seen in years and now I have reacquainted with her as an amazing doctor. I have known Dr.Piper’s nurse for many years thru medical needs and she is an amazing nurse. These two make a great team and it is obvious they have the needs of the patient first and foremost

Again, I have no complaints. Everything was very smooth for me. I really like the facility and the way the staff treated me was excellent again thank you

Nothing really. Everything felt rushed and like they had no time for me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I feel Dr Piper could take more time to listen to her patients and evaluate them. I got the impression she really didn’t care, she just wanted to push me thru and move onto the next. I felt rushed and she hadn’t even looked at my X-rays or ultrasound results in my chart prior to my appointment. I felt she should have been more prepared.
