My follow-up visit with Dr Pugliese was informative, and I appreciated his taking the time to answer my questions. The main concern was the wait time. The doctor was over an hour and a half late, and after about an hour, the nurse came in to let me know he was running behind and that I was next to be seen. By the time he came in, my mammogram results, which had been done several hours earlier, were already posted in MyChart, so I had seen the results before our discussion.
He was very apologetic about the delay, which I appreciated, and I understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect the schedule.

Dr. Woo was amazing. She spent 30 minutes with me explaining my health risk and options. I am sure she has given that speech a million times. But she was so personable with me that it felt like the first time.

Dr. Mc Cracken removed a tumor from my meninges nearly 4 years ago. He performed the surgery with great expertise and knowledge. He is a very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate person. I appreciate him.

I'm very satisfied with Samantha, however, the wait time to be seen for my ultrasound was ridiculous. This is the 2nd time I've had to wait moe than 40 minutes. To have an early morning appointment and still have to wait so long is absurd. My time is just as important as the tech. I won't be coming back to this facility. I'll take my chances elsewhere.
