Dr. Pickett saw me in a timely fashion. Although professional, I did not get the feeling she was that familiar with my health issues. She asked unnecessary questions that has she viewed my recent medical history, the answers to her questions were already noted.

Felt as though, she was not interested in what I or my husband had to say. Visit was very short and still felt as though we needed questions answered, not sure when we need to follow up either? Kind of felt a bit awkward.

She has sooo many people and I don't have enough problems to see her often sooo it's understandable that she not recognize me. She's very nice!! And never rushes me... that's important!!

This was my first time seeing this provider. I was hoping she would become my PCP. Every routine tests I asked for I was questioned as if I shouldn’t be asking for the tests. She double checked my chart before she agreed to order the lab work. I felt some of my concerns were brushed off because she felt like it wasn’t important. I don’t think I should have to push and explain and prove why I want routine blood levels checked. I left this office angry and still needing a new doctor.
