JUSTINE PICKEL IS ALWAYS COMPASSIONATE AND SHOWS CONCERN WITHOUT CAUSING ANY UPSET ABOUT THE PATIENT'S NEEDS AND CONDITIONS. SHE IS A VALUABLE PERSON IN THAT OFFICE, AND ONE I WOULD CHOSE AND RECOMMEND TO ANYONE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO GET IN TO SEE HER.

J. Pickel was prepared, an active listener and explained what and why she was making recommendations. She used the computer to quickly look up information that was useful in the conversation and recommendations. Overall a very professional encounter.

My knowledge RE: diabetes and, specifically, A1C was limited. Justine explained everything in a cogent manner and was positive to me in dealing with and resolving my problem in the near future. I hope she will retain me as her patient.

Justine is fantastic! What I’d like to know is why Trinity Health calls me “Barbara” on this questionnaire when every other provider and office employee can see that I’ve asked to be called “Barb”. You can see my preference and you’re the only Trinity representative that chooses to ignore it. It’s a little thing but still annoying.

She entered the room with a hello your Covid and flu tests were negative. Good news for sure. I asked questions and she answered all fully. It was a pleasure to meet Justine. Got med script sent to Phcy. Checked out was easy and home I went.
