Phoebe Worth Family Medicine is a great facility. Dr. Shival Patel is Awesome! In '23 he was at North-West where I first met him in poor shape. I followed him to Worth because he made me feel like he had a vested interest in my health. He has likely added 10 years to my life.

Anytime I need to make an appointment I don't have any issue getting any appointments and Dr Frazier always takes time to listen to any issues that I have and take care of what I need and sent me to the specialist that I needed to see the last visits that I had with her she's an excellent doctor that takes time and listens to any problems or issues

Every visit I have with Lisa Frazier ascç my doctor she's excellent she always ask questions and follows up with any issues that I have that need to be taken care of I feel very positive for her as the best physician I could have. I would refer her to anyone for the best physician.
