Dr. Felpel and the check-in staff are excellent. The lab staff was excellent. However, as I was leaving the exit, I stopped at the desk thinking I should check out. I obviously interrupted a conversation between 2 employees, was treated very rudely by mannerisms and facial expressions and told “you can go” and they continued their conversation.

Phoebe Health System has transformed from prioritizing “ Payment is due at time of service”to welcoming people at the point of service. I see this at Urgent Care Northwest, Primary Care Clinics at Laurel Place, Northwest, and Meredyth, Urology, Carlton Breast Health. Rheumatology, Oncology, The Emergency Department check in process has much room for improvement, but the delivery of care their by medical staff is excellent.
