What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Phillips, listens to what I'm saying and takes the time needed to evaluate the issue. She's very personable, knowledgeable, caring and helpful in my care. She actually read through my history and file prior to meeting with me. I'm thankful to have her as my PCP as well to my husband.

The Dr and the staff are always wonderful. They always give a wonderful welcoming by saying Hello They treat everyone wonderful . That’s my opinion. I’m very proud of the staff at BJC on the Highland. Wish I could clone them. Right along with my doctor.

I saw Dr. Phillips and she was wonderful. I've seen her several times now and I really like her because she listens. She gives me, she doesn't feel like she's in a hurry. She remembers everything I said from visit to visit and is very personable and knowledgeable and looks stuff up and she wants to make sure. So I feel really good about it and I can talk about things with her and tell her is there another choice and she'll tell me if there is or is it.

The staff and the doctor were very accommodating to me. They very much made me feel relatable and they remembered me and we were able to have casual conversations to not make my annual physical feel comfortable.

Yes, I feel like Dr. Phillips was very good with my child attentive and she was very hands-on with everything. She is wonderful and a good provider.

Dr. Phillips is always a caring and considerate person. She is PCP for my wife as well so has good insights into our family health issues which is a real plus. We are fortunate to have Dr. Phillips!!

My experience was great. I am always very anxious about seeing doctors. From the intake, to assistants, to lab techs, I was made to feel at ease. But most of all I am very pleased and happy to have found a doctor (Dr. Victoria Phillips) who listened, no rushing me, answered all my questions, asked me questions out of concerned, was versed in my past medical history, patient and displayed she cared about my health and wants to help me reach my goals.

Dr Phillips did not make me feel rushed and I feel like she genuinely cares about my health. I don’t feel judged when I’m in her care and she thoughtfully thinks through treatment plans with me. I wish it was easier to book an appointment with her but she must be a super popular doctor because her care is top notch.

I really enjoy the staff at Dr. Vittoria Phillips office. They're very informative. They're very, you can ask questions. They can give you positive answers. They always give you positive feedback. And so does Dr. Victoria. You ask her questions. She gives positive feedback. She'll let you know the ins and outs or the pros and cons or the side effects of your medicine. She's just very, and she interacts well with her patients. And that's why I like that complete staff with Dr. Vittoria Phillips and her staff. I think it's just nice. I like it. And they're very, very helpful.
