Much improvement is needed to keep appts on time, and to reduce patient wait times. Why should I bother to be there 15 minutes early only to add to a lengthy wait time?

Dr Teleah Phillips is a blessing to your practice. I felt that she truly cared about me as a person. She took time to explain things so I understood, she listened to me, she looked me in the eyes and “saw” me. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, caring, compassionate and funny too. I have not had care like that in too many years to count. And her MA that day was wonderful also. They make a great team. I have already recommended Dr Phillips to 10 friends and will continue to do that. I’m so happy to be in her care. Please make sure she stays with you. I want her caring for me until my end days. Which hopefully be at least 20 years.

I am wary of seeing physicians who are not my PCP, but Dr. Phillips provided EXCELLENT, gracious, empowering care, and was clearly passionate about her job. No negatives to share.
