I understand that with a profit driven health system, getting enough time with one's primary care physician can be challenging. But every single time I've visited with Dr. Phillips, she never makes me feel rushed, always makes me feel heard, shows me by her responses and questions that she's actually read my chart and grasps what my issues may be/have been. I find this ability in her to be remarkable. This organization is exceptionally lucky to have her in their employ.

Dr Phillips was personable, professional and pleasant and fully explained the cause of my sciatica and shared anatomical diagrams to help me understand. The cortisone she prescribed quickly alleviated most of the symptoms.

Dr. Phillips has a very calming presence. She does t rush through and does her homework ahead if time to allow an understanding of the whole picture. She is professional and explains her recommendations clearly and the reasons behind them. She is wonderful.

If you're looking for a physician who embodies the best of the Hippocratic oath, then Dr. Phillips is for you. I'm so relieved to have found her (recommendation through my hair stylist) because she's rather an "old world" physician. She is a deep listener, her critical thinking skills are very impressive, and I couldn't ask for a kinder, smarter, more competent physician. I absolutely adore her and pray she'll be around at Trinity Health for a long time.
