I was very impressed with Dr. Phillips. She took the time to look at my medical history before meeting with me. She was caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and looked at my health from a holistic viewpoint. I am very glad that she is now my PCP.

Dr. Phillips listened to me and took all of my concerns seriously. She explained her rationale behind any decision or diagnosis and assured me that we would try all avenues to figure things out. She was extremely aware of consent and comfort in regard to touching and any sensitive procedures. I never felt rushed during our appointment, and I genuinely felt like she cared for me and my well-being!

Dr. Phillips is very caring and kind. She asks many questions trying to get to know me and I am glad she did. She made me feel respected and comfortable.

Dr. Phillips walks in with a lovely greeting and immediately starts talking with me about my overall health and well being. She listens and she is so thorough and has wonderful language to make one feel comfortable. She could teach fellow doctors how to have compassion for patients. :-)

The appointment started a bit late, but I was not in a hurry (I had a good book) and it was well worth the wait. I assumed she was not rushing any of her previous patients — so I was happily patient!
