I've been seeing Dr. Phillips as my primary care provider for almost 10 years. Over the past 2-3 years he has been scheduling me for every 3 moths follow-up. We have a good relationship.

Dr. Phillips listens carefully to my sister (the patient). He tries to help her as best he can.I feel that Dr. Phillips is a caring and attentive doctor. He writes excellent notes that are in My Chart that help us keep track of my sister's issues and his diagnoses and recommendations.

Dr. Phillips has been my primary physician for a while and he is a most excellent doctor. He has an excellent "bedside" manner and a calm pragmatic approach to my personal health. Is very knowledgable and is the best I have had.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit, considering this was my first encounter with my provider since my previous provider left the practice. He was professional, attentive and went through my previous medical records. I did ask questions which he responded, I felt heard and overall excellent care.

I am the patient's sister, and I was there during the visit. I would say that the doctor and my sister "tolerated" each other. This was a new patient visit. We had never met this doctor before. He asked us why we were there, which I found odd since it was a new patient visit. My sister is cognitively impaired and she has trouble understanding and answering questions. The doctor was relatively cut and dried in his responses and reactions to my sister. There was no feeling of empathy or compassion.
