Dr Phillips is an incredible cardiac surgeon. She is very skilled and knowledgeable at all levels of her profession. She is willing to answer all questions and concerns I had with great compassion. I spent 18 years of a 43 year law enforcement career as a Sr. Medical Fraud Misconduct Investigator with the Nysdoh. During that time I conducted many quality assurance reviews. Doctor Phillips is above reproach and should be considered a great asset to her field I am alive because if her. Many thanks.rs

When I mentioned Dr. R. Phillip was doing the surgery to one of the nurses she said to me with an amazing look on her face that she is the BEST!
