Always a good experience with Dr Goldberg

First time here. Dr Goldberg didn't introduce himself. Sat in the chair looked at something in the computer, then checked my eyes with a light and that was it. The nurse did his job the best!! Upon leaving a follow up appointment was needed as well as a pair of glasses. I had to ask the lady at front desk what and where do I need to go next. I was then provided a print out of places that I could go to get the frames. No one explained anything. If I didn't ask questions I would still be trying to figure out what to do for a pair glasses. Lack of empathy and communication. My 6mos. follow appointment up will be cancelled with this doctor

I was very pleased with Dr. Goldberg. He appeared to be very knowledgable and kind. Although I was not anticipating any significant problems, he told me that I needed cataract surgery on both eyes soon. He also explained that I had a condition called cornea dystrophy. I had never been told this before. I felt he answered all my questions and addressed any concerns that I had.

More time needed to explain how serious the event was pre and post exam.

Provider was able to detect and test for a previously unknown condition in my left eye, from just a simple observation that I had related to him. I was impressed. He most definently was listening to me during our conversations.

Because of a very poor exp. with a UH doctor, I wanted another evaluation. This CC doctor did so professionally.

Dr. Goldberg enlightened me with some things I could do at home, & also offered optional o-t-c, as well as prescriptions if o-t-c wasn't working. He's an intent listener, very polite, and very thorough.

The doc was kind enough to provide a few alternate medications so that I could select the one that was cheapest (all the alternatives provided the same quality of care).

Dr. Goldberg is fantastic! He made sure to go over all of the medications that I needed more than once and made sure I fully understood the problem. He was extremely helpful and made sure to make me a priority as a patient!
