Phil is extremely nice answering all my questins and exlaining the answers in a way where I understand. He really cares and it shows. The ladies behind the desk at check in and check out are extremely kind and welcoming and that is appreciative as I suffer from extreme anxiety and it gets worse when I have appointments and they helf calm that anxiety. My only issue is when I have to give a urine sample. This appointment there was no issue as the nurse was very nice and helped me however at previous appointments I have had issues with a couple nurses but hopefully those issues have been resolved. If not I will not be able to give samples at future appoitments.
