This medical group as always been there when I needed them. Always answers my questions. It is always a pleasure going there. Also find the office to be very clean.

Dr Collins went above and beyond with his care. He was concerned about how I was doing and called on a Saturday to speak to me about my condition and to make recommendations for further care. I would trust him with my care and my families anytime

My experience was very positive and has been so for some time, however I'd be reluctant to see a different provider within the same office. That is not to say that they are not completely competent...it is to say that I am very comfortable with Dr. Collins and he is aware of my overall health history and has been exceptional in listening to questions and understanding my overall history and preferences.

My only problem is I sent a urine sample in to be tested for UTI last Thursday around 10 o'clock-ish and still have not heard anything. I've been told they're still testing. I really like to know what's going on other than that. I love it there.

Dr. Phillip Collins has been instrumental in helping me improve my health and nutrition. He always takes his time to answer all my questions and concerns. First time in a long time that I have a doctor who I feel 100% sure that I am in good hands. Rest of staff are great also.

The doctor is very attentive and always on top of everything. I recommend the institution. The front staff could improve a bit and dedicate more time to attending to the patients who arrive. That's all.

Office is clean and sanitized, a restroom in waiting room is always clean. Examination rooms are well lit and very clean with additional chairs. Informative information in lobby. The only thing I would have to say is phone charging tables would be nice.

Only problem I have is the waiting time from the time you are called in the back room & the time it takes for the doctor to see you. I have a problem with my knees and back if I sit too long. Otherwise, everything is great.

THE WAIT WAS BEARABLE....THE RECEPTIONIST WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. THE DOCTOR ASSISTANT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. AS ALWAYS, DR.COLLINS WAS ON THE BALL!!!!! CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY NE XT APPOINTMENT......

Dr Collins is an awesome doctor but I wish he had more days at the Hammonton location! You have to wait months to get in to see him.

It was a first visit so that is why my medical history was not known. The office personnel were very nice and so was the nurse and the doctor was excellent.
