Dr Le Phi went above and beyond. He personally looked up my CT scan chart 4 years ago by himself and found an issue with my heart. He took time to explain the issue to me and wants to address the issue immediately. He is a very detailed and dedicated doctor. I am glad he is our family doctor.

Impossible to get a person to respond. They do not listen. The wait time is exceptional. I do not recommend at all.

Dr. Le was professional, kind, and thorough. I feel like I can talk to him about various health concerns and I will be heard. It's important to me that I understand the rationale behind his decisions and medical judgements, and I believe he will take time to explain when needed. This was my first visit andI look forward to developing a good doctor/patient relationship with him.

I feel like I had met him before, he showed me care and asked questions and explained what he wanted me to in order for him to be able to know how to make the best decisions for my health. I really felt like he listened and answered my questions.

I gave the 2 page summary of my present health problem to the nurse and I did see Phi Le 5 min later. He already had read my report and he explained to me quickly which muscles had been the problem and he told me not to take the Rosuvastatin for the next 3 days to improve the muscles.His explanation was also a confirmation that the hip joints were not a problem at the moment.

Waiting time is awful...don't give appointment times that are not met with in a reasonable time.

I had to wait too long to be seen by my doctor and it took a whole 5 minutes. Seems like the responsibilities need to be split so people can be seen on time.

My appointment was on time, however by the time I was seen by Dr Le it was 30 minutes late. I assume he was backed up with other patients.
