Paula with all her years of experience understood and cared. Doctors both at LOYOLA and Northwest Community Hospital wanted me to do a skin graft (probably because of my age). After doing research and knowing myself as well as having a mother who was a practical nurse, I asked that we take a slower healing process. Paula and her experience proved my decision was correct. I could not be happier with the result. I woke up this morning and looked at me knee and said thank GOD for Paula and her team. As a Rambler I also thanked Sister JEAN.

Paula is knowledgeable, kind, listens to everything you say, spends the time with you so you understand what is going on and how to take care of it. And most of all she is patient and understanding, very nice her bedside manner/office manner is remarkably funny and pleasant all the time.

Ms. Petersen have called my home several times since I've been home from the hospital. Checking to make sure I have enough meds, answering questions, making sure I'm healing properly and staying on track.

Paula went beyond by assisting me with the workmans comp issues I had been having. Also, She was patient with all my questions. I left confident she couldnt have treated me better. A true professional. The nurses were exceptional as well. A great team !!!

Creo que lo más importante es que ustedes como su hospital como sus jefes, traten bien a sus empleados, escuchándolos tratándolos bien haciendo planes, pero sobre todo una buena relación para que a su misma vez ellos nos traten a los pacientes muy bien como me trataron a mí
