Dr. Bulik is always prepared and keeps up to date with my medical tests and records. He's nothing like a lot if doctors that look at things 5 minutes before. I really like that and would not hesitate to refer him to family and friends! I highly value his opinions and treatment.

bring back e-check in. to complicated with the elderly to have all id/cards, etc. was not given any warning this was needed and that the check in procedure had changed since last visit.

Keep up the good work with the staff. Now concentrate on fixing your phone system. It is terrible. I am going to start billing you for my time having to wait on your phone to make an appt or get through to a MD.

I'm old school and I think elderly patients should be referred with a prefix like Ms. or Mrs. instead of being referred to by their first name.

Everyone was tremendously hospitable. They were personable. They were professional and they expedited my visit. My visit wasn't a thing where I had to wait forever to be seen and they didn't rush me in and rush me out. They made it so that it was very comfortable and the questions that I had, they answered completely. And it was just an enjoyable experience. And I'm thankful that I have had the opportunity to be in their presence.
