Everyone from start to finish is personable. I never feel rushed, I’m able to get an appointment timely with either one of the nurse practitioners or Dr. Jansen. They really make you feel heard, address your concerns and referrals are handled promptly. It’s a great office!

I’m new to the area and have only been to this office a few times however it is a great improvement over the last office. It seems brighter and more welcoming, all the staff seem a bit happier to be there. My doctor is addressing all my concerns in caring and professional manner. I feel I made the right decision in changing over to the Fleming Island Office.
