Very Clean, friendly staff, timely, did not make you wait, valued your time, they actually seem to understand that folks coming into their facility actually have jobs they need to get back to also; it is refreshing when medical facilities actually understand that. There were only pleasant surprises and that is a really good thing.

The office is very clean. The office staff is very helpful and pleasant. I always get my questions answered promptly and I have never had any issues trying to get an appointment. When I arrive for my appointment, I never have to sit and wait for more than 10 minutes, if that, to get called back. And most of all, my doctor, Dr. Jansen is the very best! I couldn't have asked for any better. He is very thorough and compassionate. I never feel rushed. He treats me as a person and not just another number. I love that he has a very strong sense of faith and really cares for his patients.
