Peter, well, Dr. Polos is wonderful. He listens. He's very attentive. He, you know, gives the best advice and, um, he definitely cares and he's very experienced. And so you could just. Like describe certain things and he can tell you exactly what it is. And, um, I'm lucky that, that I have him, you know, because. I've come a long way and I had serious problems. You know, sleep apnea was really bad and he's helping me get through this and I'm very appreciative for Dr. Polos and thank you very much. You guys got a good doctor. I hope you can keep him. But thank you, Dr. Polos.

Dr. Polos is extremely knowledgeable, comma, very personable, and explained my situation well, period. He's fantastic, period. The facilities are also wonderful, and I would recommend them to others strongly, period.

Staff available when checking out were not helpful. Was told I could wait a half hour for other staff to return from lunch or call to schedule follow up appointment. Co-pay was not taken.

There were some errors or misstatements on the clinical notes that I read on my chart, period.

There is always room for improvement. Dr. Polos and the other doctor assisting him were great. They took the time to understand my concerns and establish a plan moving forward.

Dr. Polos always gives me enough time and he answers all my questions. And the fact I was even taken in early for my visit. I just started a cup of coffee and had to go in. So it was nice to finally go to a doctor's office where you didn't have to wait.
