Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My most recent appointment with Dr. Westman was to set up a treatment plan with me for a newly diagnosed condition. Dr. Westman's candor and knowledge put me at ease with my situation, and he answered all my questions, of which I had many! Dr. Westman is excellent with empowering his patients to live a healthy life with any kind of condition. With the treatment plan that we set up together, I am confident that I can continue to live a healthy life.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Westman is an excellent physician. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and developed a treatment plan accordingly. I have a hard time opening up to doctors, but Dr. Westman is very easy to talk to which was extremely helpful to me during my visit.

I had left few messages on my chart regarding my blood test. Need to be add some items and also some request.. But I have not received reply from the doctor. my previous doctor always responded very quickly.

Everyone from the nursing staff,lab technicians and doctor Westman were very personable and a pleasure to talk to.

Dr. Westman was very welcoming and carefully reviewed my list of questions and pages of readings. He listened attentively to my questions and thoroughly answered them. He also ordered a complete program of blood tests and included comments about all of the readings. He instills complete confidence due to the thoroughness of his annual wellness checks

Dr. Westman, his MA, front office staff and phlebotomist always provide exceptional care from the moment I walk through the door. I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive.

Both Dr. Westman and his nurse are a pleasure to deal with. They seem to genuinely care about you and want to make sure everything is covered, It is so, so wonderful to have a doctor that responds in such a timely manner to results and mychart messages. Dr. Westman and [staff] need to be commended for their dedication to the patient which I believe is exactly what it is all about!

Staff was very professional. The MA was personable and had a great sense of humor. Dr Westman could not have been nicer. He is kind, professional and gave me a lot of great information.

Dr Westman’s collaborative approach is refreshing and very much appreciated. He displays empathy and is reassuring. His staff is kind, proficient and respectful. I feel well cared for by the team.

I am very impressed with Dr. Westman. He took the time to go over each Medicare question and any other concern in my chart. He is very knowledgeable and seems to keep up with recent research and new medications. After the lab tests I had done at the same time as the appointment, the next day he carefully explained the results on the patient portal and made recommendations for further actions. He is conscientious about presenting the need for me to take action to improve my current health status. I appreciate his concern. In addition, he has a gracious and friendly "bedside manner"
