This was my first visit with Dr. Perlmutter. My first impression is positive, and I see no reason to seek care elsewhere.

Answered my questions, friendly and supportive. I had some concerns he explained. I would recommend him other people. I made an other appr. in the future.

Dr. Perlmutter was uninterested in my care from the moment he entered the room. He introduced himself without eye contact. He sat down and told me “I read your chart and think I understand what you need”. Then he was insulting and impatient when the first question he asked of me I responded “I don’t know, I don’t understand what you mean” The entirety of the doctors time during this visit was 6 minutes. It was a first visit, that I waited 5 months to get. It is highly probably that I will seek another doctor at a different practice.

Had a list of 10 or so questions that he didn’t have time to answer. Had to try and ask them as he was walking out to leave the room and still wasn’t able to get them asked

He seemed like okay it was my first time meeting with him so I don't know how well things will go between us as a patient in a doctor but so far so good I had a few other questions but obviously time ran out and that's okay other than that I have total respect for the man thank you doctor for seeing me and hopefully we'll get to know each other a little bit better

The day I went to my followup appt after the biopsy the office was VERY busy and backed up. Although the person giving me my results was very personable and polite I felt very rushed. It was like sorry you have cancer, this is what we can do, the office will get back to you, any questions? Sorry gotta go!!!!! Im sure he did not mean to be so abrupt and uncaring....Im sure he tells people they have cancer everyday but I DONT GET TOLD THAT EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cancer is a scary prognosis and I was blindsided and had trouble comprehending it and he was like gone. So my wife and I are walking to the car both kinda in shock and feeling did we just hear that.???????????????????????
