Dr. Perez is by far the best general practitioner that I've ever been a patient of. She consistently addresses my health concerns and is proactive in addressing age-appropriate health-related issues that I might not even be aware of. Very happy with the healthcare she and her staff provide.

I live in Summerville and travel over an hour to see Dr S. Perez because I trust her and value her recommendations. She is my lead doctor with the other specialists that I go too. When there is a serious issue she alerts me to take action. She is the best!!

Dr.Perez encouraged me to get checked out for an internal issue. Thank God she did because of her I was diagnosed with an aorta aneurism. With adjustments to medication, I am almost completely normal now. Her questioning proved to be a life saver!!!
