Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone is so friendly and caring at the imperial location. Always able to get you in quick. The truly listen to your concerns and involve you in a treatment plan that you are comfortable with.

Abbriel did very good at helping me understand next steps and getting things moved quickly so that I could start addressing my issue. I didn't have to wait around for an unnecessary amount of time.

They all are always patient, friendly, helpful and professional. I have never had a bad experience with Dr Patterson or any of his staff.

I would like to really thank the whole staff for taking great care of me and the overall wholesome feeling when I visit the office. I leave 50 mins away and its worth the drive for me because the communication and the great no..... the EXCELLENT customer service is second to non in the area. Thank you!!!

EVERY SINGLE PERSON. The entire staff is very helpful, friendly. And accommodating. I walked out of my 1st visit feeling like I was among friends You are more than just a patient there, you are THEIR patient. I was greeted by name and when they ask how are you today, it's not just a line they say, they actually listen when you answer them.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
They are doing everything right! My husband has been seen by Abbriel few times, but I was a new patient. The office staff was able to make our appointments back to back and Abbriel was ok with us both being in the same room with eachother.

The experience from beginning to end is always fantastic. Every member of staff is friendly and makes me feel welcome. This is hands down the best patient care and bedside manner I’ve ever received and I’m grateful to have found this care.
