The whole staff: the doctors, nurse practitioners. Also the process of administering appointments is very good. I also like that they can fill prescriptions.

The staff are polite, kind, shows patience with the elderly, even with the difficult patients . The doctors actually listens to our complaints even when we repeat ourselves, we are not rushed. It is actually a welcoming office. As a retired RN and Midwife I'm not anxious making my visit. Love talking with Dr Sanchez.
