This was my establish-care visit with Dr. Pemberton, and I had a very positive experience. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained things clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I look forward to a long relationship

Very clean well organized office, staff was very attentive to your needs.

I waited a few months for this appointment and was very impressed with the nurse/MA? that did my vitals and gave me my paperwork. I was less impressed with the provider. She said at the beginning of the appointment that we would go through my history and meds and then talk about my concerns. She was ready to walk out, handing me her card before asking me about my concerns. I had to stop her and tell her “actually, I wanted to ask you about something.” As someone that manages chronic pain it is very disheartening to have my first impression of a provider be that they don’t have time to hear out my concerns. I need a provider that will partner with me to improve my quality of life. She was helpful with my medications and very pleasant but I am hoping that next time I see her she will be more present and willing to listen during my visit.
