Dr. Payne is the absolute BEST! He answered my questions before surgery, when I had fear and doubts of his expertise. I have learned to shut MY mouth and listen to the professionals with more training and experience that myself.
He also reassured my wife and son after my surgery, that in itself was PRICELESS!
