What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I've only talked to him once about the results of my last ultrasound. I wanted to know not only that my circulation was good (if it was) but what was the percentage in each leg. He said 90% in my right leg & that the stent was clear and the percentage in my left leg was 81%. He said that my circulation was really good, which made me feel very relieved since before that it was only that the circulation was better in each leg except the very first time when before the procedure was done.

I had a follow up appointment with Dr. C after a vein ablation procedure and he answered all my questions and went above and beyond explaining exactly what I had done and the results!

I think for me… I would prefer an in person visit next time… I’m not crazy about using my computer/phone for a doctor visit. I just had a hard time hearing and understanding some very important information. But at least we tried.

It would have been nice if Dr. Frisbie did the follow-up since he saw me first and did the procedure. I would have like the opportunity to speak with him directly about my follow up concerns

Dr. Chanamolu was very informative and reassuring about next steps to take. The entire staff from check in to the nurse were excellent! Beautiful building and excellent staff!

Everything about the visit was on point. I was very impressed with the entire process from scheduling to its conclusion.

Everything was excellent from the girl who helps you to where you have to go and the check-in people to the nurse who takes the your blood pressure to the doctor. All was outstanding, i only have one issue, the weight scales lie. Hoping to get a smile out of whoever reads this.

Nothing except take a hammer to the scale.

He is very accommodating, very pleasant , friendly and tries to be very through but he was difficult to understand for me.....my daughter was with me so she helped with that. Another doctor office I went to had the same problem and they told me when I first got there that if I had trouble understanding the doctor, do not hesitate to have the nurse come in and you might want to consider doing that. Further he made several misstatements and he went and talked to the doctor and corrected, but that added to my confusion as there were a lot of instructions he gave me . He also asked me how far I could walk before my leg started hurting and I told him about two or three minutes and he said how many blocks can you walk? I was not sure why he would ask that when I just said two or three minutes. I find your office to be wonderful and also Dr Frisbee is the best......I am satisfied with everything that I have experienced but I think this issue could be addressed to everyones satisfaction
