The doctor is always 45min to 1 hour late for the appointment time. The office is set up in such a poor fashion that every patient conversation or phone call can be heard by all the patients waiting to be seen. Aren’t you concerned about HIPPA laws? Im certainly not interested in all ailments that patients have. Also…… the most frustrating and stupid, stressful idea was to have central phone answering. One cannot dial into the office. Most times I have to visit the actual office to get an answer or a Rx refill !

Every time I have an appointment I am kept waiting for over an hour. My last visit I was extremely sick and I feel it’s very unprofessional to keep sick people waiting like that.

I’ll cut and paste my prior comment.These folks are hands down the BEST primary care office and provider I have ever experienced in my life. Period. The staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and delightfully humorous. The facility is spotless - and state of the art at every turn. I’m a tech guy, and love the full implementation of all relevant technologies. Even the flow of the office is modern and makes sense - no wandering around. Place is literally the best. 🫳🎤
