i dont think its the provider, but understand now days everything is on the go and with an schedule , I didn't like the fact i couldn't express and open up more because you feel the pressure, and maybe thats why my medical chart was not updated

Her Medical Assistants are polite. The process of scheduling is tedious. I was able to get a hold of her office after speaking to 3 different people from scheduling

I felt like rushed the compassion and care was not there from the provider did not like it. Suggestion was not there.

As much as one doesn't look forward to a visit to the doctor, this office and staff always make it a pleasurable experience.

I did NOT need to see the Doctor. This was just for a referral, Trinity said I have to have the appointment. It was inconvenient for me, but Trinity just wants to bill my ins.
