The time spent with patients is ridiculous. It's all about the number of patients that staff have to seen in a day. I don't feel I was examined fully. Send script to pharmacy before x-ray was read. When nurse returned with call about results of x-ray say I had dark spots on x-ray indicating pneumonia. I will say I was please how fast I received call back. I didn't realize that there are different stains of pneumonia. I was never informed of type of pneumonia I had. This is serious when you have COPD. I really enjoy Paulette. I feel she is being rushed so to meeting quotas. Im glad to say, im feeling much better.

Dr ong as I said before is awesome she always ask questions how you are doing and feeling and when I answer back she has always led me in the right direction what to do and prescriptions
