It was a great experience beginning with the "nurse" that took me to the exam room , than of course Paula And finally the check out lady. Virtua is a great place the workers are kind and caring.

Paula went above and beyond by double checking my blood work and sending me for additional work. She listened and questioned what I was saying to make sure she understood exactly my points. I trust her completely to cover all the bases for my health care. AND She offered suggestions for products that could help me with my concerns.

I have been seeing Paula Preston for many years now and she is a wonderful medical professional. I came to resolve my anxiety about a recent EKG and she went out of her way to help me understand what the medical jargon meant. She drew a picture. She is wonderful. She looked at every little thing that I as a 78 year-old woman was concerned about. She took her time and she explained everything fully. I am very happy with her care.

I called for an appointment with Dr. [REDACTED]. The response was Feb. 2027-you have got to be kidding. I did not wanrt to be seen by anther Dr and waas given to a nurse practicioner. It seems that greed has replaced sound medical practice. I had just been released from a stay in the hospital and wanted to see my primary care Dr- in 2027! To topit offf, Dr [REDACTED] is accepting new .partients

My experience with Urtura Health was excellent when I was recently sick. Ms. Preston, Dr. Preston was very, very attentive, listened to my needs, did a thorough exam, and prescribed me the appropriate medication to get me on the track to good health. And I am very appreciative of her professionalism and care during this time. Thank you.

My regular PCP, Dr. [REDACTED] was not available, so I saw Paula Preston. She was attentive to listening to my description of the cause and effects of my back pain and expressed empathy. She seemed very confident and knowledgeable for a treatment course of action.
