She's GREAT, always listens to my concerns and questions, and then explains very well any procedure to be performed and what to expect.

Paula has been amazing in my after care since my surgery, she has always listened extensively to my concerns about my hand and the worries/mental stress this whole ordeal/surgery has caused me. I will always specifically ask for her to be the one I receive care from. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I am getting the care I need to regain full functionality in my hand.

Paula is great. The nurse we had this day was not the normal one we usually. This one was pretty rude with her comments and not all that friendly.

Paule and Jane took the time to take a look at an issue I had that developed around my surgical incision. This was after one of my PT sessions. I saw nurse Jane after my PT appointment as she was going on lunch break. I told her (Jane) about my concern. Jane immediately took me back to have a look and summoned Paula to also take a look. I was prescribed two meds to address the issue. That is what I call care that is seldom found in todays' busy world. I thank them both with the utmost respect.

For the first time in over ten years, someone else took my pain away. Unlike Dr. Richard Gauthuer MD, Paula cares about patients that are in pain and is willing to do something about it.
