The nurses and staff were very kind and warm and informative and patient. Dr Wu was also quick and efficient.

I'm very satisfied with Dr. Wu and the comprehensive treatment received and proposed future care plans. I can't put into words how well my office visit with him was other than extremely excellent.

I waited two see Dr Wu bc he was highly recommended but at the time he didn’t take my insurance. It was well worth the wait💕

It is always a pleasure to be treated by Dr Wu! Any pain or rehabilitative issues we’ve had are treated &/or solved by his expertise & knowledge! We actually moved back to Fort Lauderdale from hours away to continue being treated by him!

Dr. Wu and his team are very professional and at the same time very personable creating an atmosphere of calm and confidence. I can tell from the other patients that they are also very happy and grateful for the way we are treated and helped. It is very reassuring to feel their confidence in Dr. Wu and his wonderful team.

You may wait a little longer for Dr Wu to see you but the reason is that he listens to every patient carefully and takes the time to assess what treatment is needed and explain the treatment and options. He then asks if you have questions and will answer whatever questions you have.

Aside from a very long wait to see him, over an hour and a half, after arriving 30 minutes early for my appointment, it was an excellent visit and well worth the wait.

The assistants are very knowledgeable. Dr. Wu was excellent, and the entire procedure only took 15 minutes or so.

My experience with this provider has been positive and supportive. The primary challenge has not been the care itself, but rather an insurance inconsistency that created delays in accessing services. This appears to be a coverage and authorization issue rather than a reflection of the provider’s quality, professionalism, or commitment to care. I appreciate the provider’s efforts to navigate these barriers and remain focused on my well-being despite circumstances outside their control.
