My appointment was 3:00 PM. I checked in online. The email said to arrive at 2:45PM and my appointment was 3:15. I finally saw the doctor at 4:30 PM. I was also informed that the doctor was running late. I felt as there was no concern for my time and patients are scheduled to close together.

Dr Wu has a dry sense of humor and a bit of a quiet bedside manner at first. But once you start talking to him he warms up quickly and can be quite funny at times

I've been with Holy Cross for almost 20 years but the Gallagher practice. Being recommended to pain management is a big step for me. I hope to be taken seriously and to be treated with respect and compassion. I want to be helped in my quality of life because I myself as they are I'm very busy and expect to be respected as I respect my provider.
