Dr. Wu and his team, I feel, are working hard to identify my issues and treat them successfully. I understand this is a process as I continue to have pain but I am hopeful they will fix me.

Dr Paul Wu is the greatest doctor and person!! He takes great care of me. Dr Sarmed is fabulous also. He listens to me very carefully when I come in, with all of my various issues. I am so grateful to have both of them as my caregivers.

The guy that taps on your foot during neck injections for distraction is excellent! He should be rewarded! It works; it keeps your mind off that BIG needle. Great idea that should always be available!!

Dr Wu is knowledgeable and compassionate He truly care listen to you and prove the right treatment. Few days ago He performed a nerve ablation on my L/knee and now I’m feeling much, much better the pain is minimal I’m grateful, thank you Dr Wu & staff

There is nothing I can find that is wrong with this specific doctor. The practice, the paperwork, and the staff all project a typical pain management clinic that thinks every person walking in is a junkie or seeking drugs. My first visit with the doctor was to feel him out. He was pleasant and helpful. I've had the procedure that is supposed to help. Hopefully it works. If not, and there is no other alternative to help, I'm finished.

Dr. Wu is very talented and dedicated. Someone needs to manage and train his team/support staff so the phones are covered during working hours, calls and messages are returned timely and there is a sense of urgency to address patient concerns and questions. This is especially true for someone who is a nurse.

Once I was taken to exam room, spent a few minutes with his nurse and she left the room. I sat in the alone for almost 30 minutes before the doctor entered.
