Too long of a wait. One hour late for appointment All I needed was a gel shot in my knee. These appointments should be separate from appointments that are for procedures.

I know he sees lots of patients every day and his time is limited. Quite frankly, I think they stretch him too thin. I just wished in the initial consultation. He would’ve given me some sort of physical exam. All we did was talk. After consulting with another Chiropractor that provided the therapeutic relief in the inner room up until the epidural, I think he might’ve come across that. And I know I am a patient that is not the average as I am extremely active, etc., and most come in just nagging about their problems. But overall like him and would use him again his food for thought.

Dr. Paul Wu is a most knowledgeable doctor with precise expertise on pain and what it that signals in terms of damage to the body. He is also very patient, and thorough and truly wants to determine the cause of the pain. Once found, Dr. Wu knows how to treat the issue causing the pain. I do not believe there are any better doctors in this field that surpass Dr. Wu's knowledge, experience, and ability. Thanks for helping me, Dr. Wu.

This was my 2nd procedure with dr Wu. Both visits started with extended wait times beyond the scheduled appointment time. The 11:30 appointment had a somewhat shorter wait time than the afternoon appointment. But still longer than expected. However, I wouldn't even consider changing providers due to the professional attitude, kindness and care of the dr and his staff

DR WU showed complete concern with everything I mentioned. He made me feel confident that everything that could be done would possibly be entered into my equation for success. I am personally 100% confident Dr WU’s capability to help me.

Dr Wu explains everything and trys to answer all my questions some times what is written during the visit isn't acurate to what I said such as I said primary doctor Harake but a different name was stribed and other minor things

Wait time for an appointment or procedure is lengthy. He is covering for another doctor and waiting for an available time is sometimes longer when you are in pain!

Dr. Wu leads my wonderful care team, yesterday the rest of the team included Chiya, Gill, Nicole and Yovanna, at check in/out. Even though they were very busy I felt they worked well together to make sure I was well taken care of and gave me a good sense of confidence in them.

He is excellent but because of this, he is always in demand and, and, it takes more time to see him. As a result it can be a more time dealing with the pain.

Dr. Wu is very good at explaining. He listens to my questions and comments and answers/responds in a way I can understand. I know he is trying very hard to figure out where my pain comes from and how to eliminate it.

His time is extremely overscheduled. No one ever checked on me after I was taken to a room. With him running so behind, I should have been asked if I would like to reschedule.
