Dr. Silveri and nurse, Rebeca went above and beyond to assist with evaluating dosage of a medication injection I take at home. Left me feeling very sure of dosage. Thank you.

This was my first visit with Dr. Silveri, as I usually see Dr. Alison Green, who is currently out. I had a very positive experience. Dr. Silveri was attentive, respectful, and truly listened to my concerns. He took time to discuss solutions and showed genuine interest in my rare autoimmune condition, asking insightful questions about treatment that helped me so he could help others with the condition. He was accompanied by a medical student and balanced teaching with patient care exceptionally well, clearly explaining my treatment plan while prioritizing my needs. The student is fortunate to learn from him. The front office staff were welcoming and engaged with every patient. Monica kindly cheerfully assisted an elderly couple update their paperwork and the nurse who brought me back was absolutely precious UH Green Family Practice consistently provides excellent care. I highly recommend this office.

Everything that they did was outstanding ..From the cleaning lady to everyone in between, the nurses to the doctor . I was amazed by caring atmosphere.

Nothing else is required in my opinion, other other facilities could learn from Unity.

Dr. Silveri’s approach, knowledge, and bedside manner is unparalleled in this area of Arkansas. I know this doesn’t apply to most people, but I am a six tour combat infantry veteran of the United States Army. To that end, I have had more interactions with medical personnel and specifically physicians, than I care to recount. Dr Silveri has a unique skill set, especially in this area of Arkansas. Having a provider here with his skill set and personality, allows me to receive care at home or close to where I live without an hour or more transit to another physician. So thank you for the outstanding care and attention to detail that I personally require.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I personally like the additional waiting room, which sometimes allows for a more private waiting area, away from conflicting personalities and personal hygiene indifferences. The staff are excellent, accommodations are great, and I am grateful for the outstanding level of care every time I go.

The care that they gave me was amazing! They show hospitality, they care about their patients and work hard for their patients and their health. I absolutely love when they put their patients health first. I would recommend anyone to visit them. The staff is very professional. And the office ish very clean.

Dr Silveri ALWAYS is in a good mood and listens to me. He ALWAYS seems very concerned about me and the reasons for my visit. He is a VERY caring person and is ALWAYS pleasant to be around. I'm so glad I found him and that he is my PCP. He's very busy but ALWAYS spends as much time as needed with me.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I have 2 insurance companies and my claims don't get sent to both which makes it harder on me and the office has billed Medicaid which I do not have and therefore I received a lot of bills that didn't get paid and then I have to go through billing so Dr Silveri can get paid.

The staff should answer the phone every time. There have been several times when they have not picked up the phone and I know that they are there. The only exception I can think of is if there’s only one person on staff and they are going to lunch, but every time I’ve been in there, there have been more than one person working.

Dr. Paul always provides me with what I need. He also always tries to get me to do preventive measures to stay ahead of any issues I may not know about. I will miss him. Great Doctor.

Im always the first one in the morning so I never have to wait and people are still semi happy. Nothing i can think of really. Continental breakfast. Lol.

Nothing, I was seen quickly, examined and given the treatment for the condition I was being seen for! Dr. Silveri explained everything clear and concise.

The overall visit with the doctor was very good, wait time after checking in was a little long . Other than that so far I have seen Dr. Silveri two times and he seems to be a very good doctor and invested in taking care of his patient's needs.

Green family practice is a great place. I’ve never had any complaints. You’re kind and courteous they go above and beyond for their patience. They tried to explain it in ways that common folks can relate. I don’t know. It is great to be one of their patients the nursing staff is great The receptionist is good you get in and out in a timely fashion. If you need bloodwork or x-rays or anything unity health yeah a great place and I recommend them to everyone

Anytime I need to se Silveri. It is never a problem with getting on his schedule. He takes time to listen to me. And allow me to be apart of my care. The staff is amazing. Although there is always a different face each visit. The ladies are always pleasant and friendly. 10/10 I would recommend

My husband and I go to our apartments together,Dr.silveri has Alot to wade through seeing us both at the same time. Dr. Silveri is kind and patient we lost Dr. [ ] because he left unity and green family practice extended a warm welcome

Dr. Paul Silveri is ALWAYS very friendly and professional, I totally trust him with my health care. He’s a wonderful person and listens to everything and gives in detail answers! I truly appreciate him because I can’t understand a lot of things anymore but he makes it so much easier for me to understand my results and just over all the best doctor I could ever ask for! I hope he always stays in the Newport office!! One more thing I have seen many doctors in the past have an angry attitude when entering the room I guess from having a bad day or running behind but Dr Silveri is never like that it’s always smiles and kindness. He is extremely good to his patients! I could go on and on about him but think I’ve made my point he’s #1 physician in this area!!!
