Dr. Chan was very nice and helpful. He listen to me and explained what he was wanting to do and why. I am very happy to have him as my provider.

Made my visit very comfortable, explained to me what the procedure was going to be, how long it was going to take, what to expect, answered every question that I had asked of them, left me with no questions at all because everything they told me is what I asked, and I'm very comfortable coming in to get the operation done on October 9th.

I'm very satisfied with Dr. Chen and his staff. They listen attentively, explain everything, take their time, they don't rush you, and when you leave, you feel like they really cared about you and gave you the best service they could.
