Dr Karagiannis is one of the few Doctors that takes the time to explain to me what is happening in words that I can understand. I know he is busy but he doesn't act like he has to leave or hurry me. I wished other Doctors realized that as a patient I don't always know how or what to ask to further my treatment. He always seems to be able to ask me questions so that I can ask. Doctors have to understand we as patients don't know sometimes what to ask. Dr. K seems to have that quality

Dr. K immediately apologized for wait time. He was very attentive and gave undivided attention. He went through test results and gave options for concerns I had, but did not pressure me to add any meds. He reassured me I could reach him through the patient portal if I had any changes or concerns.

Dr. K looked over my records before appointment and was ready to talk about family history and me. He is proactive and I appreciate it so much! I feel safe and cared for for the first time my issues started which was 8 years ago.
