Extremely happy with my visit. The scheduling for next visit was less than perfect due to no availability in Moorestown office. Should have more time slot for new patients for fist years appointments.

Dr. Paul Cowen did everything that I expected. To improve, I can't find anything that I can really suggest that the staff, the doctor, and everyone that attended to me on that day at the 7th can improve because they already have maxed out everything that they needed to do and that they have done. So I give them a high mark and I thank them and bless them and continue their good work. In the name of the Lord Jesus, I pray that when I come there for overall examination, that whatever they're looking for, they find it and thank the Lord, there was nothing to be found. So I really congratulate that team and everyone in that staff. Thank you.

I love Dr Cowen!! However, upon checking out, the person checking me out was not at all accommodating!! Dr Cowen had told me the staff would be able to request my records, as I preferred transferring all my test records and future treatment to Dr Cowen! The woman checking me out did not want to do that, loudly informing me that I would be requesting the needed results!! As it turned out, that was impossible for the patient (me) to do, and rather than admit she was wrong, she angrily completed the forms! I found her treatment to be very upsetting! Dr Cowen was wonderful! I know he would have been upset by this staff's behavior towards me

Everyone at the Columbus office is always friendly and professional. They always make you feel comfortable and willing to listen and advise. I love Dr. Cowen and completely trust his advise. He is always willing to provide information that helps me make more informed decisions on my own health.

I came to Dr Cowen, with an intermittent heart issue I have been having for 5 years. Dr. Cowen came up with a plan. We followed the plan, with the end result being the issue being identified, and an ablation procedure successfully being performed to correct the issue. Dr. Cowen, listened to and involved me in the entire process. I can't say enough good things about the care I received!
