Everyone I interacted with was absolutely exemplary. Dr Menell truly listened and provided excellent guidance on next steps, taking my preferences into account when putting together my treatment plan. I truly wish more doctors and healthcare providers were this excellent.

Each and every person in the office is so kind and helpful! From the doctor, to the ladies who check in/check out, to the others behind the scene. I've only been twice, but I always feel welcomed and put at ease here!

Dr. Menell was very kind and patient with my consumer. My individual has severe intellectual disability and can be combative at time. Dr. MeNell did not appear afraid and he took his time during his assessment. He explained what he was going to do and when the individual became overwhelmed he stopped. I was very impress with Dr. Menell as I have taken several of my individuals to appointments and the experience was not always nice.

Dr Menell was very thorough in his exam he answered my questions in a manner that I could understand. He gave me a time frame in which I could see improvement in my condition. Finally he said that if I needed anything else to contact him or his office.
