Misty is great! She is very polite, very professional and very knowledgeable of the VA system. She goes above and beyond the call of duty.

She did not know me and was very thorough in looking through my records and listening to my concerns.

She was straight to the point. When suggesting what we've used that works she ignored that. Wasn't impressed.
