Leslie is very approachable and down to earth, and she clearly knows her stuff. It was my first time to meet her, but I felt like I’d known her for a long time. She was very thorough, helpful, and pleasant and didn’t rush through my appointment.

See note above. I am hearing impaired. Leslie is the only healthcare provider that put her tablet or computer on the rolling table and moved directly in front of me. She made sure I could hear and understand her. I can't explain how that made me feel. Understood? Seen? Cared for? Yep. Others have spoken louder for a bit and then back to their rapid fire, quiet speech. Yes I definitely recommend her.

I just really liked Nurse Leslie and her assistant Lauren too. Another nurse came in to give me an immunization and she was very nice too. They all seemed encouraging and I felt less stressed.
