The only complaint I have is when I call the office it takes forever for someone to answer the phone. Forever is 20 to 30 minutes.

Dr. Willis is an outstanding doctor. He cares for you as a patient which I see when I have an appointment. He takes times with and he explains in a way I understand what a test means, why to have a test and this health plan he has in place for me. I can ask questions and he takes time to answer each one. I know I am getting the best care.

Dr.Willis is always willing to give you feedback and explain results of your tests.He always encourages his patients to walk as much as possible. And drink plenty of water. He says that if you do what you're suppose to do this can keep us from having to increase your medications. And I sure don't want to add any medications to my list.
