Yes. I was taken back promptly at my appointment time and brought into imaging. The tech was efficient and pleasant. Dr. Smith was right on time. He and his PA asked thoughtful questions, showed me my X-rays and Dr. Smith gave me a plan I feel very comfortable with and the scheduled a follow up visit for me. It was an excellent experience and I will highly recommend him.

Dr. Patrick Smith and his Team are outstanding professionals! They are caring, really listen and I truly was made to feel part of the Team in my care. Dr. Smith did a superb job on my [ ] which allowed for a quick recovery from [ ]. He did such a great job that he has helped me to lower my golf handicap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Smith!!!!!!!!

I have been to the HSS at NCH several times and have been extremely impressed with everyone from the receptionist to the PA to the doctor. I honestly would rate everyone a 12 on a scale of 1-10 that is how good I feel about them.

In addition to him being an exceptional surgeon he is very compassionate, listens attentively and explains the procedure easily to understand. This was my [ ] and I could not of had a better surgeon or experience than with Dr Smith . I highly recommend Dr Smith!

I recently had [ ] at NCH with Dr. Patrick Smith, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Dr. Smith was thorough, professional, and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything clearly before the procedure, which helped ease any [ ] I had going in. The [ ] went smoothly, and the post-op care was excellent. The entire team at NCH was attentive, kind, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during [ ]. I felt supported every step of the way, and I’m healing well thanks to the quality of care I received. Dr. Smith is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely cares about his patients. I’m very grateful for his expertise and the outstanding support from the NCH staff. Highly recommend both Dr. Smith and NCH to anyone needing surgical care.

All of Dr. Patrick Smith’s team was excellent. He prioritized my care to fit me in at the end of a busy day. On site imaging was done and reviewed with me at the appointment. Additional Imaging orders were placed and I was contacted early the next morning.
