Dr Patrick Smith listens to my concerns, explains my condition in terms I can understand and explains the importance of [ ] that I can do to help myself. He is very thorough. I really like him as a doctor. I am confident in his opinion and glad he doesn’t rush to [ ].

Patrick Smith and his entire team provide the ultimate level of care in a kind, professional, and compassionate manner. I know he is very busy, but he never makes you feel rushed. I am grateful to have him as my shoulder physician.

My daughter got [ ]. Dr Smiths office was able to see her right away! We were so impressed with the care and time Dr Smith, Cory and Brendan showed us! I hope we won’t need [ ], but if we do (or when lol) I definitely know who to call! Thank you Dr Smith and team!

The explanation of the [ ], the demonstration of the device going to be used, and the explanation for [ ] that I used. Dr. Smith, Brendan PA, and Corey athletic trainer were extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Smith is probably the best doctor/surgeon that I have ever been to. He did a fantastic job with my [ ], is thorough and knowledgeable and always spends more than enough time with me going over everything. Also one of the nicest people. I can also say the same about his entire staff. They’re all Fantastic and this whole experience has been such a pleasure because of everyone there.

Yes. I was taken back promptly at my appointment time and brought into imaging. The tech was efficient and pleasant. Dr. Smith was right on time. He and his PA asked thoughtful questions, showed me my X-rays and Dr. Smith gave me a plan I feel very comfortable with and the scheduled a follow up visit for me. It was an excellent experience and I will highly recommend him.

Dr. Patrick Smith and his Team are outstanding professionals! They are caring, really listen and I truly was made to feel part of the Team in my care. Dr. Smith did a superb job on my [ ] which allowed for a quick recovery from [ ]. He did such a great job that he has helped me to lower my golf handicap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Smith!!!!!!!!

I have been to the HSS at NCH several times and have been extremely impressed with everyone from the receptionist to the PA to the doctor. I honestly would rate everyone a 12 on a scale of 1-10 that is how good I feel about them.

Dr Patrick Smith is a wonderful doctor. He performed excellent [ ]. In addition to him being an exceptional surgeon he is very compassionate, listens attentively and explains the procedure easily to understand. This was my [ ] and I could not of had a better surgeon or experience than with Dr Smith . I highly recommend Dr Smith!
