Dr. Lee, a fellow, did initial office visit and follow-up to my cataract surgery with [staff]. [staff] gained my trust. Dr. Lee was also impressive. Both have good bedside manner, explained things well to me, ware warm & reassuring,, didn't show arrogance or pushiness. I will continue to have [staff]. Please convey well wishes to Dr. Lee for his future position in Michigan. He'll be missed.

Dr. Lee appeared knowledgeable. He seemed to be thoughtful in addressing my concern and prescribed medication that seems to be helpful.

Dr. Lee was very helpful and understood my medical condition. He listened to my concern, completed the exam and simply explained it to me. He alleviated my fears and boosted my understanding of my eye health and inflammation. He walked me thru the medicine tapering process. I left feeling that my eye surgery was healed, my eye was in good condition and the affects and pain from the eye drops would improve or lessen. I was no longer discouraged. I really appreciated his patiencce.

Dr. Lee was very good at explaining post cataract surgery and what I need to do and avoid. He was very gentle in removing the stitch in my eye.

Dr. Lee was exceptional. He took his time to thoroughly evaluate my eye, clearly explain what was happening, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made a stressful situation feel manageable and reassuring.

Everything went well except they were running late so I had to very long wait after testing and before seeing the provider, like 45-50 minutes.
